10.0De nabijheid van Zwemmeer Sankt Agnes. De rust en kalmte. De nabijheid van de host die als er een probleem was dat ook onmiddellijk oploste. Vriendelijke ontvangst
− Er viel niks tegen behalve dan de vele werven en files vanuit Belgie en 3 u langer onder weg te zijn dan voorzien maar daar kan enkel de Duitse wegeninfrastructuur en de de overdreven vele werken iets aan doen.

9.0Sehr schöne Lage! Man kann sein Müsli essen und den Sonnenaufgang, durch das große Fenster, bestaunen.
− Die W-Lahn Verbindung funktioniert nur im Schlafzimmer gut, man muß drei, vier mal vom Küchentisch zurück gehen, dann geht es.
