10.0Alles sehr sauber, wurden Herzlich empfangen, fehlt in die Wohnung nichts alles vorhanden, wir können uns nur sehr bedanken und werden die Wohnung und Familie Smid weiter empfehlen.

− Öfter ist das Internet ausgefallen, TV war dann nicht zu sehen.

8.0sehr zentral, Ausgez. Küchengeräte, gute Federdecken.
− TV war sehr schlecht. Fußgänger gingen unmittelbar am Fenster vorbei. Bei den Treppen im Hauseingang fehlte ein Handlauf.

8.0Super, nette Vermieter. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in den Gang stellen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist in Stralsund einfach klasse. Super Lage. Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt und an der Ostsee.
− Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss mit viel Fußgängerverkehr die direkt an den Fenstern vorbeilaufen.
