9.0Lage, Betten, Sauberkeit
− Keine dunkle Vorhänge/Rollos in allen Zimmern. Schließsystem an der Haustür unten hat nicht ganz einwandfrei funktioniert.
Über den Dächern von Kulmbach und mittendrin statt nur dabei
9.0Es war alles sauber und die Einrichtung ist auch klasse. Besonders ist die Lage zu betonen...mitten in Kulmbach und trotzdem ruhig.

10.0Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr individuellen und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft in Kulmbach. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns drei – meinen Mann, unsere Tochter und mich! Die Vermieterin war jederzeit ansprechbar, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren rundum glücklich. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

7.0-zwei Schlafräume für 3/4 Personen, -zentrale Lage, -helle Räume, -Zugang zur Wohnung mittels Code ohne Schlüssel, dadurch einfacher Check-in und Check-out möglich, -Infos kamen per WhatsApp und Mail -je nach FeWo Blick in Garten oder auf Plassenburg/Sradt
− Wir hatten eine FeWo im DG: -da Dachwohnung und sehr warm draußen -> Wohnung hat sich sehr schnell aufgeheizt, -Vorhänge in einem Schlafzimmer waren leider hell /nicht dunkel genug, sodass mit Sonnenaufgang 5 Uhr früh das Schlafzimmer hell war, -Steckdosen waren teilweise locker an der Wand montiert, was gefährlich ist -Streichen der Wände hätte professioneller sein können

− - Labyrinth-style architecture is a bit weird, e.g. to go from the toilet to the shower you have to cross the kitchen :) - Providing some shower gel would be appreciated
