110,- euro borg achter gehouden voor een paar kruimels op de vloer, bovenop 45,- schoonmaakkosten

Niets

− Van de borg werd zonder enige mededeling 110,- euro ingehouden. Bij schade zou er een factuur komen waar deze schade in zou staan. Na informeren kregen we foto’s opgestuurd. Het bleek te gaan om wat kruimels die op de vloer lagen en een paar glazen waar wat strepen op stonden omdat ze niet goed afgedroogd waren. Dat was het. Voor dit is 110,- euro gerekend, bovenop de schoonmaakkosten van 45,- euro. We moesten bezemschoon opleveren, maar kennelijk werd een verwacht dat we brandschoon zouden achter laten. Vanwaar dan de 45,- schoonmaakkosten? We accepteren dit niet en hebben dit bij booking gemeld. Als dat niet werkt zullen we juridische hulp in schakelen. Dit is gewoon diefstal!

Die Aussicht der Wohnung ist fantastisch und sie bietet viel Platz für Familie. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung exzellent.

− Wir waren nur ein paar Tage dort. Eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen wäre praktisch.
