Wir waren trotzdem zufrieden, da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt.
7.0− Die elektrischen Geräte könnten ausgetauscht werden. Zum Beispiel einen neuen Toaster (schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen), auch der Wasserkocher… In einen neuen Sonnenschutzschirm für den Balkon sollte investiert werden. Wir haben uns nicht getraut ihn aufzuspannen, schmutzig und irgendwie verrottet, die Kosten kein Geld mehr und alle anderen Mieter würden sich bei den in Zukunft zu erwarteten Temperaturen, freuen. Außerdem sollte unbedingt ein neuer WC–Deckel angebracht werden. Verrutscht und sitzt schief…

− Der Duscheinstieg eine Katastrophe
Lage gut, Wetter gut, Unterkunft weitgehend ok.
7.0Die zentrale Lage. Strand und Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreichen.
− Zur Reinigung wird wohl für Küche und Bad das selbe Mittel eingesetzt. Der Geruch löste sich erst nach Tagen auf.
