Direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Bootsanleger, schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, groß.
− Zu jeder Zeit laufen irgendwelche Menschen über das Grundstück, die dort vielleicht wohnen oder auch nicht, man kann nicht alleine in Ruhe auf der Terrasse sitzen.

Die Ausstattung , z.T.auch die Lage....Nachts sehr ruhig aber auch abgelegen und gute Park- Möglichkeit direkt am Haus
− Krach von der Werft ein LKW stand die ganze Nacht vor der Tür mit gelbem Warnlicht an, keine Bademöglichkeiten und steiler maroder Treppenaufgang sowie zu wenig infos über Möglichkeiten im Ort..Die Toiletten Spülung lief fast immer.. Infos zur Müllentsorgung? .
