Trotz der wenigen Mängel immer wieder empfehlenswert, vielleicht ändert sich an der Unterstellmöglichkeit in Zukunft noc
8.0Die tolle Aussicht, gepflegte Außenanlagen , die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder unterzustellen (leider nur eine begrenzte Anzahl, max. 6 Räder bei 11 Wohnungen)
− Als Ferienwohnung ist die Küchenausstattung sehr spartanisch.
Ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf Rügen!
9.0Sehr gute Lage mit Seeblick. Direkt am alten Ortskern von Sassnitz und direkt am Nationalpark Jasmund. Wenige Gehminuten zur Hafenpromenade.
