Wir sind wiedergekommen!
10.0Wir waren hier 2023 schonmal und fanden es so toll, dass wir wiedergekommen sind. Denn das Apartment ist ein Traum. Das Apartment befindet sich in super ruhiger Lage (die Straße haben wir irgendwann nicht mehr gehört). Die beiden großen Fenster (im Wohnzimmer und nochmals im Schlafzimmer) sind wie ein riesiger Fernseher. Durch sie sieht man Wiese, Bäume, ein bisschen Dorf und ganz viel Wetter. Sonne, Wind, Regen, Sturm. Rehe und Wanderer in der Ferne. Mega. Das Apartment ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Viele der Möbel sind sehr gekonnt ausgesucht: Design-Entwürfe von Kartell und Hay finden sich im Apartment. Das Boxspring-Bett ist hochwertig und bequem. Die Spülmaschine ist top, Herd und Kühlschrank auch. Es gibt auch viel Küchenequipment. Lappen, Schwamm, Spüli und Spültabs sind auch vorhanden, sowie auch einige Kaffeekapseln. Auch das Bad ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Wenn man Tisch und Stühle auf den Balkon stellt, kann man dort wunderbar essen. Auch die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Ewig viele Wanderrouten, Ausblicke, Mountainbike-Trails, man ist sehr schnell auf dem Klinovec oder auf dem Fichtelberg, schnell in Oberwiesenthal, okay schnell in Karlsbad und Sachsen. Uns gefällt hier vor allem die Ruhe, die ewigen Wiesen und Wälder auf tschechischer Seite. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt vom letzten Aufenthalt, der dubiose CheckIn (via Alfred-App inkl. Betrugsversuch durch Dritte (?), wie ich nun in den Bewertungen lese) und der entnervte unfreundliche CheckOut wurde verbessert. Zwar gibts die Alfred-App weiterhin, aber keinen Betrugsversuch durch Dritte mehr und freundlich war man auch. Wir sind spontan 2 Nächte länger geblieben, was auch kein Problem war.
− Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es, soll aber die Gesamtbewertung nicht schmälern: Es gibt eine Küche samt Ausstattung, ein paar Basics fehlen jedoch: So gab es weiterhin kein Salz und kein Essig oder Öl. Wir haben diese Dinge dann besorgt und dort gelassen. Vllt bleiben sie ja in der Wohnung. War aber schwierig, am ersten Abend Nudeln und Pesto machen zu wollen und dann am Salz zu scheitern. Die Balkone waren sehr voll mit Spinnweben und Insekten, hätte man mal sauber machen können. Die Alfred-App gibt es noch immer. Ich bin kein Fan davon. Aber die App ist seit 2023 deutlich besser geworden und buggt nicht mehr so herum. Daher gehts.
