8.0Nedaleko od MHD, centra, v klidné uličce. Příjemný chládek vzhledem k vedrům, která panovala .

10.0Lokalita byla naprosto úžasná. Opravu blízko centra Olomouce, super. A i když byly nějaké technické problémy v apartmánu, pan hostitel mi okamžitě nabídl jiný a dokonce mnohem lepší, větší a přímo v samém centru města bez jakéhokoli dalšího doplatku. Komunikace s hostitelem bezproblémová a dlouhého čekání. Naprosto super a můžu hodnotit jedině kladně. Byla jsem naprosto spokojená. Vřele doporučuji. Budu-li zas cestovat do Olomouce, tak jedině zas tento apartmán pokud to bude možné.
− Jediná drobnost, ale to je ve většině ubytování, pro mě moc měkké postele. A co většinou chybí jsou háčky v koupelně, kam by se dali odložit ručníky apod. Ale to jsou jen drobnosti.
