9.0La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente, les informations ont été transmises et l'arrivée dans l'appartement a été très facile. L'appartement est de haut standing, récent, avec des équipements de haute qualité. Les lits sont excellents. Il est très bien situé, près de l'hypercentre d'Ascona en quelques minutes à pied. De plus. la place de parking est confortable et sécurisée.
− La lumière dans la salle de bains n'est pas suffisante, il faudrait trouver une solution. C'est le seul point à améliorer il me semble.

7.0Great location and comfortable apartment. Outside space is very nice.
− Little things like kitchen drying towels and kitchen cleaning cloths would have been nice to have. Lighting in the bathroom is dark even though there is a large window. The dimmer in the dining room doesn’t work. Although it can’t be changed, the exhaust hood over the stove is not ideal. We almost hit our head on the hood countless times.

10.0Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Top ausgestattete Küche. Es gab alles was man brauchte. Super Lage, Parkplatz hervorragend, sehr schöner Garten. Hervorragende Wohnung mit Kind! Unkomplizierter Check In und Check Out.

9.0Gute Lage nahe zum Zentrum,an den See,Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür,Bäckerei 5 min.zu Fuss entfernt,die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet wen man gerne kocht alles vorhanden.TV Internet etc.alles vorhanden.Die Wohnung und die Terasse zum Wohlfühlen und erholen ruhige Lage.
− Trocken Tücher fürs Geschirr wäre von Vorteil.
Modern apartment near the city centre
9.0Getting the keys was easy and we could arrive at any time, which was helpful because our train was delayed. The apartment was modern, with nice bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Terrace was lovely for eating and relaxing. We all slept well. The apartment was well insulated and stayed cool, despite the warm temperatures. Thoughtful touches, such as re-usable shopping bags and umbrellas to borrow. Located next to a bus stop and easy walking distance to the town. Our son enjoyed the shared grass area for playing soccer and boccia. We would stay here again!
− The blinds did not shut completely in the bedrooms and let in some light, which woke us a little bit early.
