Only near the city.

− Not same pictures of the apartment in the booking.com. the apartment are dirty, smell like mold no TV no electric fan. Very frustrated.

I feel best window view is amazing

Undoubtedly best on this price. room was too big enough. clean but bathroom lock is not Working. still it is worth it.

− kein PKW Stellplatz vor Ort, Info kam spät mit der bitte beim anderen Hotel zu parken 1min, entfernt. Aber leider keine Info ob man da sich anmelden muss, registrieren oder jegliches, auch nach Rückfrage, keine Info. Bettdecken & Kissenbezüge alle Reißverschluüsse defekt das halbe Innenleben hat rausgeschaut, sah absolut nicht hygienisch aus. Matratzen knüppelhart, Kissen, echt eckig, Ich habe für 2 Kinder und ein Erwachsen gebucht. Im Doppelbett gab es im EINE Daunendecke. Im Sommer extrem warm, selbst morgens 6h noch über 28°C im Zimmer. Fenster auf, geht nicht da EG direkt an der Straße und auf ca. 70cm. Fenster auf Kipp, können diese Fenster leider nicht. Decke sehr hellhörig, wenn oben einer „ nur geht“ hört es sich an als ob er in deinem Zimmer sich bewegt. Ich bin nicht penibel oder jegliches, aber diese Unterkunft hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient, schade das sowas überhaupt angeboten wird, für das Geld wäre ich lieber auf den Campingplatz, wäre schöner gewesen.

The location was good with jungfrau mountain view from master bedroom and harder kulm from kitchen window . The rooms were good. Enough space. Had hair dryer, plenty of if kitchen utensils, towels, quilts, iron with no iron board, no tv .

− No tv.no ironing board. Poor and dirty entrance. Extremely irresponsive host. No fans even though requested multiple times with no response. No tissues. Not enough supplies e.g. toilet paper. No shampoo conditioner just a liquid filled bottle. No mirrors anywhere except in the washroom. No clock. Extremely smelly washroom. Pathetic wifi.

el staff muy amigable y respetuoso. el apartamento es cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de trenes y de supermercado y tiendas. durante nuestra estadía hacía calor y nos proveyeron con un ventilador. también nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje antes del check in. recomiendo este lugar para alojarse en Interlaken :)

− el wifi funcionaba un poco lento, la conexión no es muy buena

The room we actually booked was not ready and clean by the time we reached at 9pm. But the host was super helpful. He shifted us to his other property which was a 3bhk one with no additional cost. The location was bang outside the Interlaken west station and close to everything. Our stay was amazing.

− Nothing, the host took care of it.
