− Apartment not properly cleaned Mattress was horrible, woke up with back ache 3 days in a row Whoever is in charge of the apartment, during our communications, seemed not very knowledgeable about the apartment/building (very weird) Being asked to tidy up the kitchen and throw the garbage(really!) shows the intent to spend minimal effort/money on maintaining the place. Creaking noises on doors/windows and bed. For the love of good spend 10eur and buy a WD-40 spray to fix it.
