Arriendo de departamento en incumplimiento de la legislación vigente

− El proceso de checkin, engorroso. Me hicieron llamar injustificadamente justo antes de llegar al departamento para obtener clave. Innecesario, y argumentando cuestiones que no eran verdad. Una pelea el tema de toallas y sabanas, ofrecidas claramente en la publicacion (si bien indicaba que podian pedirse toallas adicionales por un costo), pero al final me lo hicieron sentir como un favor, siendo que la publicación las incluia. La piscina interna cerrada, aunque la publicacion no lo decía. Solo se informó a la confirmación de la resevra, según el anfitrión "porque sino la gente no lo lee". Viaje por trabajo, pedí factura del día 1. La pagina de Booking claramente establece la obligación de emitir factura, como es ley en departamentos amueblados en Chile. Booking me cobró el IVA, el cual fue transferido al usuario, quien nunca emitió factura. Me indico por whatsapp que la emitiría, y en caso de no poder hacerlo, me devolvería el importe que corresponde al fisco, y no a el. Dejó de contestarme whatsapps, aun que cuando para cobrar (ya que me había dado datos de transferencia erróneos) y estuvo durante el día austente, me llamó dos veces a las 23:30 horas para exigir cobro. Increíble. Llevo décadas viajando por Booking y AirBnB, creo que ha sido la peor experiencia con un anfitrión. Para que las fotos sean mas reales, hay que pasarle un pañito a los vidrios, se nota que hace meses que no los limpian. Hay camanchaca, pero un pañito cada 2 meses no le haría nada mal. De la respuesta veo que pareciera que ser "Argentino" fuera relevante. Soy nacido en Argentina, pero hace 25 años vivo en Chile, y pago mi impuestos aquí, contribuyendo a la salud y eduación pública. El propietario, que evidentemente se considera chileno, no paga sus impuestos. Quien quiere más a este país? Lo de las toallas es total mentira, efectivamente hubo una disputa porque la publicación indicaba incluirlas, y el propietario las quiso cobrar.
