אהבנו שזה קרוב מאוד לים מרחק הליכה קצרה יש סופר ליד הכל בהישג יד מטבח מאובזר פיקס פשוט ובייסיק ומספק למי שאין דרישות גבוהות מידי
− שלא היה מתקן ברביקיו ושיש אמבטיה אחת לכל כך הרבה אנשים לא היה תאורה בחצר הקידמית ולא האחורית
