10.0Spacious and close to downtown Canmore. Reasonably clean , well stocked kitchen.
− This is my second time staying here. When I stayed here for the first time in 2023, it felt brand new and extremely clean. This time around, it looks like the furniture in the living room and dining area might need some TLC and updating. Overall I am happy, I would consider this again.
The beautiful property was unfortunately let down by poor hygiene and a lack of cleanliness.
8.0My family and I had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and well-designed, especially the Blackstone area. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and dishes.
− I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the bed linens, pillows, and blankets. The towels for the pool were also very smelly. There were a lot of hairs, including yellow strands, on the bed where I slept, which was surprising since we are Asian with black hair. My feet touched the mattress and became itchy, probably from being dirty. Overall, the blankets and pillows were musty, sticky, and full of hair from previous guests. The drain in the master bathroom was clogged, and my cousin had to pull out a bunch of hair for the water to drain properly.
A very comfortable apartment in Canmore with excellent views of the Rocky Mountains.
