7.0Me gustó bastante el departamento. Lo que más valoro es la cercanía a la playa y la vista, que me parecieron muy buenas.
− Lo que no me gustó fue el trato de la anfitriona. Tuvimos una diferencia relacionada con el depósito, situación que podía aclararse de manera tranquila, pero la forma de contacto me pareció desproporcionada, insistente e invasiva, especialmente considerando el horario y que interrumpió mi descanso. Me llamó cerca de las 22:30 horas y, además, me contactó en varias ocasiones por distintos medios, incluyendo el citófono a través del conserje. La situación fue bastante molesta, ya que la diferencia en el pago del depósito no fue advertida oportunamente al momento de realizarse y terminó generando una insistencia innecesaria durante mi período de descanso.

− Todo muy lindo,pero la conversación que tenes con la Sra que alquila ( Ana María)es pésima , te responde cuando ella quiera y a la hora que ella se le antoja. Cero comunicación con ella.
