The environment, location, and rooms are all great

− But I still haven't received my deposit 15 days after checking out. I emailed customer service and they said it had been refunded, but when I contacted the bank, they said there was no such refund at all. The way the deposit was collected is really confusing.And I only have phone as a way to contact them, which has caused me a lot of trouble

部屋が広く、キッチン・ベットルーム・バス（バスタブ付き）ルームが別々で1週間ゆったりと過ごせました。 また、駅はホテルフロントに教えて貰ったクライネシャイデック線路の下ルートが近道で便利だった。

Location great, amenities great, lots of space

− Only problem was flies, but that is consistent throughout Grindelwald. Needed to kill about 15 flies before getting an undisturbed night’s rest.
