Gostei de tudo, mas a localização e a cordialidade da anfitriã são as principais vantagens. Acredito que com temperatura mediana seja muito bom aproveitar a vista da sacada.

− Não tem elevador, nem garagem no prédio , mas as características positivas superam estas restrições

− Falta de garagem, mas a cidade é tranquila, podemos deixar o carro na rua sem problemas.

Ficamos "maravilhados" com tudo no apto!! Localização excelente (centro, pertinho de pontos turísticos, restaurantes, farmácias etc...a rua é linda!). O apto é encantador!! Completinho em todos móveis e utensílios domésticos, limpeza impecável, aconchegante, confortável, cheiroso...vontade de morar!!!! Parabéns à locatária pelo capricho de tudo e pela simpatia no atendimento!! Com certeza, voltaremos!!! Super recomendo!!
