Great option for a quiet, solo stay
10.0Ype flats was excellent. The flat was well equipped and comfortable, with check in easy. The clothes rack was handy, as there’s a laundry very close and a lot of the activities in Bonito leave you with very wet clothes! The location is great, just a short walk to the main few streets. There was some pretty noisy construction while I was there, but they did everything they could to mitigate that, including offering to move me to the free standing container next door at no charge when it was going to get REALLY noisey, which was most appreciated.
− Be wary of the dogs on the very short walk into town. I was chased by this horrible mangey yappey thing that was very ready to bite my ankles.
Large but not much else to like

− Its dark inside. The stove requires matches to turn on which I had to ask for. The place was not very clean. Very noisy on the street with people walking back from partying on weekend, and dogs fighting and barking day and night. Internet doesnt work well, floor was dirty and sticky when I arrived- my socks became black on the bottom. Dishes in kitchen cupboard were dirty, shower pressure non existant

− Limpeza, os cantos estavam muito sujos, coisa de alguns dias sem limpar, chegamos e a casa estava com muita poeira, o pé ficou preto, fora as áreas em comum, que estavam sujas. Senti falta de um liquidificador, principalmente por ter criança.
