La ubicación era buena. La instalación estaba bien, cumplía con lo contratado. Conserjes del edificio eran muy amables y atentos a ayudar.

− La relación precio - calidad la encontré algo elevada, comparando con otras experiencias en lugares incluso más turísticos en que arrendé, y en que el departamento era de un nivel superior además. El control que me entregaron para el portón del estacionamiento no funcionaba.

Todo. El edificio es moderno y nuevo, el departamento esta bien organizado y cuidado. Todo muy limpio, da la sensación de hotel 😃

Ubicación y muebles

− Tiene calefacción descompuesta (solo funciona la de una habitación y ellos facilitan un calefactor eléctrico extra) es un factor relevante en invierno.
