A localização do imóvel é excelente e os funcionários da recepção são prestativos.

− Avaliação do Imóvel: Risco à Integridade Física. Não recomendo este imóvel sob nenhuma hipótese. Há um desnível de cerca de 1,5 cm na área de circulação, sem qualquer nivelamento ou sinalização de segurança. Esse defeito construtivo configurou o fator determinante que interrompeu minhas férias logo no segundo dia, criando uma condição de risco que me causou uma torção no tornozelo e queda ao chão. O resultado foi uma fratura no tornozelo direito, necessidade de atendimento hospitalar de urgência e uma ordem médica de 60 dias de imobilidade total. Além do risco iminente à integridade física dos hóspedes, o imóvel apresenta péssima conservação: há carência de itens básicos (como toalhas, lençóis e fronhas), os móveis são obsoletos e sem ergonomia, e os utensílios de cozinha são precários. Minhas férias em Balneário Camboriú foram interrompidas por total descaso com as normas básicas de segurança. Evitem este local.
