Won’t ever stay with Platinum again

− Liked the place. Didn’t like being rung by the agent Maricka telling me she was pissed off that I sent a follow up email saying that I wasn’t able to get the TV working and the connection to the antenna was loose. Maybe it was a simple fix but I have never been yelled at by a travel company for flagging a issue which might affect future guests
