Was not explained that we needed to pick up keys from different location before turning up to accommodation. Very confusing and inconvenient

− East Coast Getaways did not provide sheets bedding Not made up the sofa bed. Clearly four people staying! Said “ they weren’t told they needed to put sheets on the sofa bed!” Rude I am my daughter had to sleep with no sheets for 2 nights Horrible service and they just didn’t care I paid $950 for 2 nights ! Ripped off and disgusted with this apartment. One key for 4 people! Pick up key 800metres walk away !
