8.0We didn't actually stay in this property as there had been an issue after the recent heavy rain, so we were given an apartment in another property. The ratings are for the property we stayed in.
− The pedestrian gate wouldn't open from the outside, luckily a car entered so we could walk in through the car access, or we would have been standing in the rain for a long time. We could use the code to get out the pedestrian gate.

9.0Great location, free parking, beautiful views from the apartment, big shower, great sized space for 4 people. There’s an elevator in the complex despite it being quite an old building. They provide fans for air circulation. Fantastic system to open the door, so each person could do what they wanted and come and go without having to organise for the key
− In one of the bedrooms, the paint and part of the ceiling was coming off it looked like a possible humidity issue, and there were some paint chips that had fallen to the floor. It was a bit worrisome since the bed was almost directly under it.
