Enjoyed our stay overall, lovely view, convenient spot, great snow and Andge was great!!
7.0The view was incredible, nice and warm in apartment, very comfortable furniture - loved the couches, and location to the lift/slope was real good. Andge was great at communicating with me and providing all the needed info and being flexible!!
− Whilst the location twas great, had a bit of difficulty getting our luggage up to apartment as didn’t realise we wouldn’t be able to drive there, and that we had to organise our luggage transport (which was an additional cost), just would have been good to know to organise better. Coffee machine didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t work great with cleaning the dishes, and the shower was very very small space, tiny burn on my leg from the heater.

− Bunk beds not suitable for adults - we didn't understand that the 2nd room had bunk beds..nevertheless the coil mattresses are VERY uncomfortable & people booking should be advised about the types of beds / mattresses. The heating was WAY too high - despite trying to turn off and down... most nights we slept with balcony door open to keep the unit at a reasonable temp. The dishwasher needs a deep clean - it smells. The fridge needs to be defrosted.. We were gifted 2 TBags & 2 sugars! That was the extent of our welcome pack.
