nice place, shame about the check in
9.0great location, really well appointed.
− the impersonal system of being checked in it was cold and money driven had to pay non refundable $27 insurance fee upfront (or $100 to be refunded in 7 days which seemed a long time to hold money). we have stayed there many times before and the manager was friendly and made us feel really welcome. This time there was no one visibly on site, we received a text, an impersonal phone call, and an offer of one hour early check in for an extra $38…..we already paid over $350 per night, isnt that enough? check in at 3pm was already an hour later than the usual 2pm, the place was nice but it was tainted by the money focused impersonal check in.
Relaxing, comfortable and cosy- especially with the fire place.
10.0Location was exceptional, seeing and smelling the ocean first thing in the morning was just what we needed to relax and reset.

We love the Lennox Head Holiday Apartments - Great views, it's close to everything and quiet.

− Firstly, we were able to get a later checkout than the normal required time of 09.30am and it was much appreciated - but 09.30am does strike me as too early.
Superb, would love to return again.

− Didn’t like the property manager that looked after the other units, she was rude.
