Schönes, einfaches Appartement
8.0Sauber, gepflegt, gute Ausstattung der Küche. Schöne Aussicht und genug Platz. Check-in/out problemlos. WLAN war nicht sonderlich schnell, aber stabil (läuft über LTE-Router).
− Kühlschrank funktionierte „gerade noch so“. Einrichtung teils ein bisschen veraltet. Keine Seife, Duschgel o.ä. im Bad. Kein eigener Parkplatz; die wenigen allgemeinen Parkplätze waren umkämpft.

− Tutto! Siamo arrivati si erano dimenticati di fare le pulizie, quindi tutto super sporco vetri per terra,giochi di cane abbandonati, capelli sul tavolo da pranzo, non mi dilungo per non farvi vomitare. Siamo stati trattati da chi gestisce in modo disonesto. Arrivati il giorno 13 abbiamo preso possesso dell’appartamento appena entrati abbiamo subito esposto il nostro problema, dopo circa una decina di mail ci danno possibilità di cambiare locale, peccato che non ci dicono dove trovare le chiavi e nemmeno il numero dell’appartamento ma solo un codice di entrata!! Non essendo un indovino, non ho potuto provvedere al cambio, nel frattempo per non dover restare in quello schifo ci siamo dovuti fare le pulizie da soli. Per scusarsi ci hanno proposto un buono per un aperitivo! Non abbiamo risposto per non cadere in tentazione di trascendere.

− Very bad communication with Keyone,long waiting times. We should have had acces to a ski box,but it took them 5 days to find out that it was out of order,thats why we could not use it. There was no water for a whole night but thye did not informed us why. Only afterwords we got an explanation.
