Luxiriös ist leider nur der Preis

Terrasse mit Whirlpool und Schaukelstuhl Netter eigener Steg am Wasser. İn Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Appartement sehr sauber.

− Sieht luxuriös aus, ist aber doch nur alles Billigware. Ausstattung der Küche bei diesem Preis unter jeder Kritik. Billigware ohne Qualität. Whirlpool war nett, aber komplett verkalkt. Düsen haben nur halb funktioniert und der abgebrochene Kalk hat den Boden bedeckt, was das liegen etwas unangenehm machte. Strom wird extra verrechnet. Ist gestanden, aber der Preis ist ja nicht normal. Kühlschrank war ausgeschaltet bei Ankunft. D.h. extra Stromverbrauch nur um diesen wieder auf Betriebstemperatur zu bekommen. Wer braucht schon einen Kühlschrank im Appartment? Wir haben keine Klimaanlage benützt und aufgrund der schlechten Kochutensilien nur 1x gekocht. Sauna wurde auch nicht verwendet - dennoch war der Endpreis nach 4 Nächten 46 Euro. Meine monatlichen Stromkosten belaufen sich auf 75 Euro. Wir waren in der Vorsaison, daher nicht viel los, aber zwischen Appartment und Eingang zum Strand ist ein öffentlicher kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Konstanter Autoverkehr und das obwohl fast noch keine Gäste. Das Strandbereich wird mit mehreren geteilt, nicht nur mit den Merlrose Appartments. Schade, aber Preis Leistung passt hier leider gar nicht.

Moderne, geräumige Wohnung mit viel Komfort in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Schöne, moderne und zweckmäßige Ausstattung des Appartements. Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und stets tel. erreichbar! Eigene kleine Sauna (2 Personen) und Whirlpool vorhanden Das Angebot war ohne Frühstück, aber kein Problem - Bäcker in der Nähe! Einige Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar Lage sehr gut mit direktem Seezugang und eigener Kabine sowie eigenem Liegeplatz!

− Es hat und alles gefallen - bis auf die Sträucher (Sichtschutz) zum Parkplatz, die könnten zum Teil ausgetauscht werden-
