6.0− Die Möbel sind abgenutzt. Ebenfalls die Matratzen. Soll lt. Eigentümerin ersetzt werden. Sie selber war sehr freundlich.

7.0Great location, good value for money. We were with our kids, 4y old and 18 months old. Everything was ok, glad no complaints about noise from our kids. They were quite noisy from 4 -7 pm.
− Some furniture could use a refurbisment - kitchen couch was a bit desintegrating. Also the bed boards felt once or twice. The bathroom is rather small, but manageable. No soap, extra toilet paper or dishwasher tablets. For us, no problem, as we came by car, but it could be very annoying for someone coming by plane. A small broom and a small knife would help in the house.
