Schönes Appartement in guter Lage
8.0Alles sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden auf Nachfrage kostenlos getauscht. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Appartement hat 2 Bäder und einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Zell am See Sommercard ist inklusive, tolle Sache. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, fährt sehr regelmäßig. Man erreicht alles mit den Öffi‘s.
− Der Eingangsbereich bräuchte mal einen neuen Anstrich, eigentlich das ganze Appartement. Ist schon recht abgenutzt. Parken kostet 16€ am Tag in der Tiefgarage. Öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es keine. Lediglich zwei Außen Stellplätze die zum Haus gehören. Mit etwas Glück ist dort frei. Check In ist weit entfernt im Nachbarort und da auch noch außerhalb (bei der Bergbahn Schmittenhöhe). Man erhält eine Telefonnummer nach dem Check In, nur ist da lediglich ein Anrufbeantworter zu erreichen. Alternativ eine Mail schreiben. Bei dringenden Problemen ist man erstmal „lost“ bis sich jemand zurückmeldet. In der Appartement Anlage ist kein Mensch. 500€ Kaution ist auch heftig, das verlangt heutzutage niemand mehr.

− Bar præg af at være slidt. Masser af mærker på væggene og en terrasse der var så råddent at den næsten føltes usikker. Vi har to familier der skulle bo der, og de krævede at vi havde alles pas med til check in, som var på et hotel 15min væk. Det var MEGET besværligt.

7.0Gute Lage. Schnell auf Mängel in der Wohnung reagiert. Sommercard.
− Ausstattung (Töpfe, Badvorleger) hat gefehlt -> wurde nach Rückmeldung schnell behoben. Leider lagen auf der Couch und dem Boden jede Menge weiße Tierhaare.
