Die Unterkunft war geräumig, alles neuwertig , großes modernes Bad , Betten bequem , Schöner Balkon der zum verweilen einlädt

− Auf dem Sofa waren überall noch Krümel unserer Vorgänger, das Besteck lag Teilweise ungespült in der Schublade , zum selber kochen eher ungeeignet dafür zu geringe Ausstattung ( kein Backofen oder Herd mit Abzug) … ein Staubsauger im Quartier zum zwischen durch mal saugen wäre auch hilfreich

Das gebuchte Appartement war vergeben, daher mussten wir in das Erdgeschoß, obwohl wir ausdrücklich im oberen Stock gebucht hatten und auch dafür bezahlt hatten. Wir kamen aufgrund des Todesfalls eines nahen Angehörigen erst paar Tage später an. Storno war trotz dieser Umstände nicht möglich. Trotzdem wurde die Unterkunft in dieser Zeit anderen Gästen überlassen, sodass wir dann noch dazu im Erdgeschoß waren und den Lärm der oberen Nachbarn laut erleben durften. Die Vermittlungsfirma ist sehr inkompetent. Bei jedem Anruf, wird man an eine andere Person verwiesen. Statt den zugesagten Rückruf erhält man nur eine E-Mail. Die Angaben haben nicht gestimmt. Das Personal ist unempathisch, nicht kundenfreundlich und auch nicht lösungsorientiert.

− Die Sessel haben keine Filzgleiter, sodass man das Sesselrücken extrem laut hört. Es wurde bekannt gegeben, aber trotzdem wurde nichts gemacht. Ich erwarte, dass man die gebuchte und bezahlte Unterkunft auch bekommt.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren gut, Die Vermieter unfreundlich. Handlungsanweisungen lagen auf dem Tisch bei Ankunft, weitere per Mail am Abreisetag

− Die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet, z.B. kein scharfes Messer für die Zubereitung der Malzeiten, kein Putzschwamm zum Säubern der Töpfe, ein Deckel fehlte, keine Pfanne .., Bei der Toilette nur 1 Rolle Klopapier (für 2 Personen)
