Schönes Apartment mit viel Potenzial aber fehlendem Servicegedanken der Gastgeber
6.0Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und sauber, hat einen schönen Ausblick und eine große Küche um schön einen gemeinsamen Gruppenabend verbringen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern kann nach Wunsch über WhatsApp geführt werden, was ermöglicht, dass kleinere Probleme schnell angesprochen werden können.
− In den Austattungsmerkmalen der Wohnung auf Booking wird beschrieben, dass die Wohnung voll ausgestattet sei (z.B. eindeutige Angabe von Toilettenpapier). Vor Ort waren jedoch nur 2 Rollen je Bad inkludiert, welche nach ein paar Tagen aufgebraucht waren. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann, dass wir uns selbst um Nachschub kümmern müssten. Das gleiche Spiel mit Müllsäcken. Es ist schade und überraschend, vor allem im Hinblick auf den Gesamtpreis von über 3000€ für eine Woche, dass Artikel mit einem Gesamtwert <5€ nicht inkludiert sind, obwohl es auf Booking so angegeben ist. Außerdem ist uns das Duschgel in einem der Bäder leer gegangen. Dies wurde zwar wieder aufgefüllt, jedoch erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage über WhatsApp, wo, falls es Themen seitens der Gastgeber an uns gab direkt geantwortet wurde, in die andere Richtung in diesem Fall aber nicht. In diesem Prozess hieß es dann, als es endlich angegangen wurde, dass das Duschgel in einem der zwei Bäder gecheckt wurde und noch voll genug war. Wir hatten zwar genau beschrieben, welcher Spender in welchem der Bäder leer war aber das kam wohl nicht bei der richtigen Person an. Diese Situation ist ärgerlich, da es in den zwei Bädern insgesamt vier Seifen/Duschgel-Spender gibt und man annehmen müsste, dass wenn wir als Gäste angeben, dass etwas leer ist, dass dann alle vier Spender schnell geprüft werden sollten und nicht nur in einem Bad, sodass wir einen Tag mehr ohne Duschgel im Bad waren, bis am Folgetag dann endlich der richtige Spender gefunden und aufgefüllt wurde. Solche unnötigen Kleinigkeiten trüben einen doch ansonsten guten Aufenthalt und sorgt dafür, dass eine Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial nicht ohne weiteres von uns weiterempfohlen werden kann.

10.0Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ski- bzw. Snowboardurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist perfekt – Snowboard anschnallen und ab zum Lift! Die Wohnung war modern, sehr sauber und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll war das kostenlose Upgrade auf eine größere Wohnung. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich sympathisch und herzlich. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Frühstück auf dem Servierwagen war ein echtes Highlight. Zum Abschied gab es sogar selbstgebrannten Schnaps – eine sehr schöne Geste. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Sina und Phil
