10.0Very cozy, warm apartments with parking lots available, super polite hosts.
− It was a bit strange with some rules they're applying, for example, the wi-fi is working only till 9 or 10 pm and after is switched off, not sure about the reason. Sometimes, there was a lack of hot water; I assume that's related to boiler capacity. Also, you'll have to pay an additional fee for electricity, which was not announced before booking, but it's rather small - for 3 days we've paid smth like 10 EUR, again not sure how it's calculated, since there are no separate electricity meters are installed :)
Please note that the electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged 0,55 Euro per KW.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
