La literie est bonne. L’appartement est propre. On peut garer la voiture en toute sécurité dans la cour de la maison.

− Les équipements (notamment pour la cuisine) manquent (un seul verre, pas de passoire, …) : cela va pour une nuit, mais peut devenir gênant pour un séjour plus long si l’on veut manger dans l’appartement.
