8.0Appartamento molto grande, con due camere spaziose, due terrazzini, frigo, congelatore e forno. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono al piano terra, molto utili, anche se in comune con altri condomini. Bagno con doccia molto spazioso.
− La pulizia é da migliorare, c’erano diverse ragnatele sulle finestre, il frigo era sporco e il forno molto sporco. Le tende oscuranti non oscurano bene, pertanto potrebbe dare fastidio a chi è abituato a dormire al buio. Nel complesso, però, ci siamo trovati bene. Posizione ottima per sfruttare tutti i servizi compresi nella Carinzia card (acquistata all’ufficio informazioni).

10.0Great location, the slopes are just across the street and the ski school for kids is near by. The neighbourhood is very quiet and ensures good rest. Owners are very kind, despite the fact that they had a flu, they organized everything so the ski passes were ready for us when we arrived so we could go skiing the moment we arrived. There is also a promotion they offer, in colaboration with the tourist office-includes pmany fun activities for the kids. Everything regarding our stay was comunicated clearly. On top of the rental price, there is a cost of electricity consumption, but the price was reasonable and we liked how it adds to sustainability and responsible consumption of energy. Also, you can rent the bed linen and towels or you can bring your own. All that is stated in an apartment description and also in an email comunicated well in advance upon our arrival.
Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 1 kWh per night. Additional usage will be charged separately (0.50 EUR per kWh).
