− Unfortunately, my experience at Sea Horizon was very disappointing. First of all, there was no sign or plaque indicating where the property was located. We had to walk around for more than 30 minutes trying to find it. Before our arrival, I had specifically requested a room with two single beds. However, we were given a room with one double bed and a sofa instead. In addition, although the room was advertised as having a sea view, the balcony was facing a derelict building, which created a rather depressing atmosphere. One week before our stay, Stefanos contacted me asking for payment in advance, despite the fact that it had previously been agreed that payment would be made at the property upon arrival. When I asked whether it would be possible to change rooms, I was referred to another member of staff who spoke English. She informed me that there were no other rooms available and that the room could not be changed. I also contacted Stefanos to request a second key, as my friend and I had different schedules during our stay. Unfortunately, my message was ignored and I never received a response, despite the prompt communication regarding payment. Because of the lack of assistance and the room arrangement that did not match my original request, I felt compelled to leave the property earlier than planned and pay for alternative accommodation at my own expense. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the communication, customer service and the way my concerns were handled.
