− Claro! Segue uma versão mais clara, objetiva e firme, mantendo um tom respeitoso e adequada para uma avaliação pública: Antes mesmo da hospedagem, já tivemos dificuldades. Foi muito difícil entrar em contato com o responsável: nossas ligações não foram atendidas e as mensagens enviadas pelo WhatsApp demoraram horas para serem respondidas. Como consequência, tivemos que aguardar um longo período até que nossa entrada fosse liberada. Ficamos hospedados no quarto 6, localizado no andar superior. Ao chegarmos, percebemos durante o banho que o chão e as paredes do banheiro estavam infestados de formigas. Nós sofremos diversas picadas, inclusive nossa bebê de apenas 2 anos. Na hora de dormir, a situação piorou. O quarto estava tomado por mosquitos, que pousavam e caíam sobre a cama durante toda a noite, além de nos picarem constantemente. Tentamos novamente entrar em contato com o responsável, mas não obtivemos qualquer retorno. Felizmente, um casal de amigos estava hospedado no quarto do andar inferior, onde não havia esse problema. Por volta das 23h, fomos obrigados a descer a escada carregando nosso colchão para conseguir dormir no quarto deles, já que permanecer no nosso era inviável. Na manhã seguinte, o responsável limitou-se a lamentar o ocorrido e se recusou a realizar qualquer reembolso. Considerando o valor cobrado pela hospedagem, a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Só conseguimos descansar porque tivemos a sorte de contar com amigos hospedados em outro quarto, em condições adequadas. Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi muito negativa e, por isso, não recomendamos esta hospedagem. Tenho vídeo de tudo. infelizmente não dá pra ver com detalhes nas fotos e não é possível anexar os vídeos na plataforma.

− Deficiente comunicación con los gestores. Mil mensajes para que me facilitasen factura y encima la mandan mal... posiblemente tenga que volver a reclamar... sin aire... sin apenas enchufes... puerta poco segura... sin tv..... es como sumergirse en en pasado y eso es lo único bueno.
