Kitchen and overall space is great

− First of all they take your payment first and Force you to fill up a very long form with all your personal details and you spend lots of time filling it on a buggy website which keeps on giving lots of errors., and they force you to do it yourself., it's not their problem if you don't fill up. They take security money not in cash but by bank transfer, and they give you back after a week or two in your bank account. Couch is as if horses live there, the worst couch ever. Bed is as if it's a motel bed , I have injured my legs and muscles a many times. It has very sharp edges. Toilet and badoit is broken as of it's rusty and broken. You can see the pipe through. I really did not want to post anything bad, I just was keeping it inside myself, but I felt it's a good cause to warn people of such places to not fall for. Palm Jumeirah deserves better.

I can't recommend this hotel apartment its a very bad facility dirty bed dirty kitchen even the washing machine something left when we do the check in, They have a bed bugs cockroach you cannot even sit on the sofa due of bed bugs-even the curtain have full of dirty this facility i cannot recommend very poor of cleanliness even the staff they rude they don't know how to assist.until now i didn't get my refund as they sat once we check out they deposit back its 3 days now

Private beach access, underground parking.

− I will never choose the company HIGUESTS again !!! We moved out of the apartment 42 days ago and still have not received a refund of the security deposit of USD 168.29 !!! The overall impression of the apartment is completely negative. It was a one-bedroom apartment. We had only 1 TV in the living room. The bedroom has no TV. We had only 1 beach (pool) towel. The sofas were not cleaned well. This seems ridiculous for an apartment that costs USD 343/night !
