6.0Inneneinrichtung ansprechend - modern und gemütlich , gute Lage zur Autobahn
− Parkplätze von Restaurantgäste komplett belegt - keine umliegenden Parkmöglichkeiten. Beleuchtung im Küchenbereich dunkel - dementsprechend die Gläser und Besteck nicht sauber ( Wasserpflegen und verschmiert) / schlüsselkasten nicht sichtbar angebracht - bei telefonischer Rückfrage wo sie sein konnte man auch nicht helfen man musste im Restaurant fragen die solche Anfragen täglich haben. Im Hausflur keine Beschilderung wo man die Appartments in welcher Etage findet .. Informationen teilweise auf booking falsch und auch im Informationsbuch im Zimmer - sehr verwirrend.

Schlechte Kommunikation, keine Einhaltung von Buchungen
2.0− Kommunikation mit den Betreibern eine einzige Katastrophe. Buchungen wurden verleugnet und nicht eingehalten. Trotz Angebot auf booking und bestätigtern Buchungen wurde alles ignoriert. Sehr unschöne Telefonate hin und her.
Nicht zu empfehlen - keine Einhaltung der durch booking bestätigten Buchung
2.0− Unsere ursprübgliche bestätigte Buchung wurde ignoriert und wir in eine andere Unterkunft eingebucht. Sehr schlechte Art und Weise des Umgangs und der Kommunikation. Wir wurden mehrfach aufgefordert unsere Buchung bei booking zu stornieren. Das ist ein sehr fragwürdiger Geschäftsumgang.
Muff und schlechte Kommunikation
2.0− Uns wurde eine andere Unterkunft zugewiesen als gebucht. Die durch booking bestätigte Buchung ignoriert und eigenmächtig einfach nicht akteptiert. Die Kommunikation darum sehr mies. Kein Fön, kaputte Handtücher, muffiges Gebäude, Schlüsselsafe Zugang, alles nicht toll.
