10.01 éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Minden rendben volt. A földszinti apartmanrészt kaptuk, a WC szobán kivül közvetlen az ajtónk mellett és csak a miénk így ez sem okozott problémát,60+osoknak🌞

− Everything there seems like was set on knee and looked wrere very cheap. And they want to get paid for everything, e.g. 50c for sugar :/ You cannot even clean your dirty dishes, because sink was too small. The pictures of the aminities did not correspond to the actual state. There was a picture of microwave on booking, but in our apartment was only double hot plate, where only one plate was functional.

2.0Der Parkplatz gleich beim Haus.
− Die vermieteten Zimmer im Erdgeschoß haben muffigen Geruch, wie in einem schimmeligen Keller - sorry aber das haben auch schon andere geschrieben. Die Dusche mitten im Zimmer bringt noch mehr Feuchtigkeit, was den muffigen Geruch fördert. Steckdosen gibt es kaum, dafür ein improvisiertes Verlängerungskabel, wo man Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher erst hinschieben muss. Im Küchenschrank Schimmel in der Teetasse und auf Teller. Am schlimmsten ist der muffige Geruch. Mir hat so gegraust, dass ich weder duschen noch essen wollte.. WC ist schmal und kalt. Man wohnt mit einer jungen Familie mit Kind, hört jedes Wort vom Gang herein. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und die Vermieterin bei der Buchung freundlich. Trotzdem ein unzumutbares Quartier!

5.0Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Vermieter war vertrauensvoll. Ausstattung und Komfort waren 60iger Jahre aber sehr sauber und ordentlich.
