Surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Munroe Island, the stay was comfortable, the hospitality was heartwarming, and every moment felt like home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind amidst nature and experience the true charm of Kerala's backwaters
Stay with lovely family and peaceful place
8.0I stayed Munroe island three days alone , the host whole family are very kind and so friendly, they made great meals for me , organized the canoeing activity, I am happy with my stays . Room’s also comfy with strong AC and fan , I do like all environment surrounding lots huge plants and trees .
− Extreme climate might causes power cut :( ,especially AC, that’s kinda tricky although it will be solve eventually.
Serene homestay with excellent homemade food
10.0Tucked away in a peaceful side street well away from the main road, the property is a 15 minute auto ride from the railway station. The room has plenty of space, a classic Indian bathroom, and a gorgeous terrace to eat breakfast on. The food made by the homestay is absolutely delicious and highly recommended! The owners are also incredibly helpful - they quickly assisted me before our trip and helped us arrange everything during our stay. The early morning backwaters tour is 100% worth it! I can't speak highly enough of the homestay, you won't regret it :)
