Eine große Wohnung, die schön sein könnte, aber leider zu ungepflegt ist, um ok zu sein.

Der Ort ist ruhig und die Nachbarschaft ebenfalls. Die Parkmöglichkeiten passten und die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich gerade so in Ordnung. Der Preis wäre eigentlich gut und angemessen, aber...

− Leider war die Wohnung seit Monaten nicht gereinigt worden - Spinnenweben, Staub und Feuchtigkeit, da der Besitzer gerne alle Fenster zu haben möchte, wann immer niemand da ist. Dementsprechend leider auch mit Geruchsbelästigung, die jedem Hausstauballergiker die Alarmsirenen läuten lässt - definitiv Antiallergika dabei haben! (Doppelte Dosis hat nicht gereicht...)

Es gibt nichts was ich dazu sagen soll

− Die Unterkunft war sehr ungemütlich da es eiskalt war, die Küche war dreckig, da sollte erstmal gründlich gereinigt werden den Vermieter haben trotz mehrmaligem anrufen nicht sprechen können, diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner, frisch renovierter Unterkunft Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räume wurden kürzlich renoviert und mit viel Geschmack neu gestaltet – modern, hell und trotzdem gemütlich. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die neuen Boxspringbetten – wirklich sehr bequem, ich habe ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was für ein angenehmes Wohngefühl gesorgt hat. Auch der neue Essbereich in der Küche ist gelungen – ein schöner Ort, um entspannt zu essen oder einfach ein bisschen zu sitzen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zugleich angenehm zurückhaltend – genau die richtige Mischung. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
