我没有入住没有被提供服务但是依旧被收价格，我每次打电话过去，酒店没有回应，被轻视，怠慢。

地理位置比较特殊，如果你要去停泊岛的话就不要定在这里，这里很偏僻，外国友人请谨慎选择，要考虑到交通问题和成本，这边打车难。

− 由于我的订单卡在马来新年开斋节当天，公共交通系统堵塞，我到达哥打巴鲁已经是晚上深夜了，并且没有公共交通到达住宿点，考虑到此原因所以下单没多久就立刻和商家联系说明情况想取消订单，但是商家给我了一个错误的联系方式后，之后不回复我在booking上的任何消息，多亏了好心的马来人（那个被提供错误号码的人）帮我找到了房东的电话，但是依旧说辞说，要么就是booking的运营人员放假了，要么她只是员工要和老板商量才行。就是不理会我的消息，拖延时间，无视我的请求。我不得不在此说明情况，请大家注意此住宿的地理位置以及认清商家不一定如之前评论所说的热情（起码对我来说是这样，我感受到的是冷漠，敷衍，怠慢），请商家尊重消费者，远道而来你的国家的客人。
