10.0Affordable, simple, clean and friendly. Views to open spaces and jungle yet it has easy access to shops and restaurants. Thekkady has a chill vibe
If you are interested in wildlife then this provides straightforward accommodation right near the gates of the national
10.0Amazing views across towards the jungle and tiger reserve. Owner’s brother, who lives next door will arrange all the tickets for the national park and escort you to the right place to catch the boat or go on various walking trails. Our recommendation is the walking, which is not too arduous, our guide was fantastic and we got a real feeling for the jungle.

The condition of room and view is good, but you don’t feel welcome here at all.
4.0The room was clean, wifi was working, the view was nice as expected. Property overall clean and maintained.
− Customer service is the worst here (I have been travelling in India for 3 months total). Zero communication. Firstly, nobody greets you and nobody is there when you come. The staff was absent through all the stay. So you will not get any advice on tours or help with anything. You are alone in the hotel and the atmosphere is depressing. During my whole stay I did not have hot water and showered under the icy one as I was having a cold. There is a construction going nearby, so during whole day there is a very bad noise. Moreover, there are men working on the roof just beside the room, so I did not feel safe as a solo female here. I asked if they could do my laundry in 2 days, because I had to leave in the morning. The cleaning lady waited for the last minute to wash it, so now I’m travelling with a backpack full of wet clothes. When I pointed this out to the lady who did it, she was rude to me. When I told that I was very unhappy for the Whatsapp number, it ignored me for a long time and did not care I was not happy with the services. They just don’t care about the guests here at all. There are nice properties with the same view nearby, who even show the wild animals with lights during the night time for their guests; better go there. I am leaving just tired, stressed and with a bunch of wet clothes. Not recommend staying here. Bad behaviour.
