1.0The property was torrible mildew in rhe ceiling as you walk into the building its old and it smells like urine
− This apartment where the rooms are sublet rooms the ceiling mildew molded ,the tiolet barely flushes the cheats on the bed were not clean the comforter was dirty the walls were dirty

− ⚠️ À FUIR ABSOLUMENT – LOGEMENT INSALUBRE ET PROPRIÉTAIRE DE MAUVAISE FOI Ce logement est un véritable taudis, totalement indigne d’être proposé à la location. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert un lieu d’une saleté extrême : sanitaires immondes, surfaces sales, hygiène inexistante. Les photos de l’annonce sont mensongères et ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. Rien n’était conforme à ce qui était annoncé. La situation était en plus très grave du point de vue de la sécurité et de l’intimité : Aucun verrou à la salle de bain, des personnes entraient pendant que j’étais aux toilettes ou en train de me doucher.Pas de LUMIERE non plus!! Douche et toilette dans le NOIR!!!!!!! INACCEPTABLE. Aucun équipement correct. Cuisine d'une saleté innommable. Le propriétaire a été parfaitement informé de la situation mais n’a rien voulu entendre, refusant toute discussion, toute solution, tout geste commercial. Une attitude irresponsable, méprisante et inacceptable. Ce logement ne devrait tout simplement pas être proposé sur une plateforme sérieuse. Je déconseille très fortement cet établissement. Épargnez-vous une expérience humiliante et stressante.
