1.0ciężko ocenić nocleg którego nie było, po przybyciu do Willi podeszła do nas do recepcji Pani z zeszytem i powiedziała że nie ma rezerwacji na moje nazwisko po czym zamknęła zeszyt i nastała niezręczna cisza, powiedziała że booking wrzuca jej rezerwacje których nie ma bo to już kolejna osoba którą odsyła, po zgłoszeniu do booking reklamacji w odpowiedzi otrzymałam informację że czekają na odpowiedź z obiektu czy na pewno nocleg nie był zrealizowany , niestety myślę że się nie doczekam ani na odpowiedź obiektu ani na zwrot kosztów.
