10.0Chủ home là 2 cô chú lớn tuổi tính tình ok lắm. Cho mình ở đến 2h00 để đợi xe ko thu thêm phí. Chú còn cho bịch táo vườn rất ngon. Homestay nước và máy lạnh rất ok.ko gian thoải mái, thoáng mát.

1.0- Thái độ lễ tân (cô già già) xem thường khách. Làm dịch vụ vậy là quá tệ rồi. Rất không vừa lòng thái độ dịch vụ và thái độ kinh doanh như vậy - Đặt trên booking đã hoàn thành đến nơi nhận phòng lại nói là booking xác nhận chứ không phải homestay xác nhận...ủa lên booking chi dị má. Nói chuyện hồi kêu mình đặt cọc rồi 2g nhận phòng. - Khi nhận phòng lại là 1 phòng giống như phòng kho chứ không phải là 1 căn homestay mà mình đặt trên booking thế nên mình muốn nhận lại tiền cọc và đến chổ khác thì cô lễ tân già già lại nói ngược với mình, mình cọc cho ông gì đó thì để gọi cho ông đó cho nhận cọc thì mới trả, mình mới cải 1 hồi với cô lễ tân già. Ông nhận cọc thì hỏi lúc đầu cho cọc có báo cái phòng như vậy không thì cô đó nói có, ủa mình đặt là 1 phòng tiêu chuẩn homestay giường đôi view mà chứ không phải cái kho và cuối cùng mình nhận dc tiền nhưng mà mất vui.
