Strange way to welcome tourists that don’t book their tour
5.0The room were cleaned and spacious.
− The luggage storage is not allowed if we don’t book any tour with the hostel. I had to pay for an extra night just to keep my bags in my room for the day. And when my private tour guide came to pick me up, the hostel’s workers asked him to pay a certain amount of money (that he refused to give) because I booked the tour with someone else than them!!

10.0Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich. Besonders Selina hat eine sehr tolle und angenehme Ausstrahlung. Sie war immer freundlich, zuvorkommen und hat alle Anfragen sofort beantwortet. Einen Roller zu leihen ist hier sowas von einfach. Wenn man gerade am Cao Bang Loop ist und verlängern möchte, kann man einfach eine Whatsapp Nachricht schreiben und das reicht. Auch Busse nach Hanoi oder Cat Ba kann man hier günstig buchen inklusive Abholung beim Homestay. Das Privatzimmer hat einen Luftentfeuchter und das Badezimmer trocknet sehr schnell.
