6.0Navzdory pokoji v suterénu nebyla cítit plíseň a na přespání splnilo svůj účel.
− Absence sítí proti hmyzu v oknech.
Dostačující na jednu noc při tranzitu.
7.0Blízkost od centra. Vyzvedl bych společnou kuchyň s herním koutem. (vybavená kuchyně, dostatek pohodlného zahradního nábytku, stůl na ping-pong, společenské hry.
− Okna do silnice - velký hluk i v noci (náš pokoj byl v přízemí a okna jen do sinice) Odpad jak z sprchovacího koutu , tak z WC nebyl asi dlouho čištěn - hrozilo přetečení
