9.0Czy stoi schludnie. Obiekt przystosowany dla ludzi jedzących obiady na mieście. Możliwość przechowania pojedynczego roweru, ale większa ilość będzie musiała stać na zewnątrz.
− Bardzo kiepski dojazd z głównej drogi. Odcinek w budowie. Asfalt do posesji będzie położony pewnie dopiero na sezon zimowy.

10.0Wspaniała lokalizacja. Blisko szlaków. Willa położona w zacisznym miejscu, wśród zieleni. Doskonałe miejsce na odpoczynek od miejskiego zgiełku a jednocześnie nie aż tak daleko od centrum Świeradowa. Cudowny, pachnący ogród wokół willi. Pokój czysty, wygodnie urządzony.
